[Novalug] Working with a BIN file

The first question is, Is it possible to do what I want to do? I wouldn't
be surprised to be told that it is designed not to be allowed. In fact, I
expect that to be the case. But ...

I had the unpleasant experience of reading a ten-page article. I think it
is very important, and I'm pretty sure that a lot of other people will
want to see it. Specifically, I want to put the document in editable form.

I go through an obvious rigmarole, but the result of the first page is a
442 BIN page. I'm pretty sure that they represent text.

Can anyone tell me how I can use this file.
