With any decent email client, using a Bcc field should not be at all
difficult.  They already certainly grok the concept of having
different fields, like one for the addresses, one for the subject, and
a big one for the message.  Just tell them to use the one labeled Bcc
for the addresses, and put their own in the To line.  No need to tell
them what Bcc means or why it's a good idea.
