[Novalug] Broken List Links on Tux

  The mailing lists links give rise to a Not Found error on this page:

http://www.tux.org/discuss.html

Looks like there is an extra "/cgi-bin" in their name:

Novalug's link points to 
http://calypso.tux.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/novalug

and the same is true for the other lists.

However, it should point to http://calypso.tux.org/mailman/listinfo/novalug

Sorry to spam the list, but it's important enough to make sure the right 
people see it.
