[Novalug] rapportive for gmail (and others)

I added rapportive plugin for gmail (and google apps). It opens a pane
to the right of the message with info on the sender it can find via
social media. Nice tool that can bring up photos, location and other
info. Sure it can be BB-ish, but I pay more attention to who sent the
mail now... usually I ignore the FROM line
