[Novalug] Tip on VirtualBox

That would have been me!

I have found no less than four bug reports about the excessive idle  
CPU usage on the VirtualBox site, and none of them mentioned  
restricting VB to one CPU.  Now, I wonder how I can do that under Mac  
OS X.
