If i was looking to hire him i would give him equal consideration..i 
don't believe in punishing folks for exercising their Constitutional 
rights.  Now then the mods of this list as a private entity can moderate 
this list as they see fit to which i would not begrudge them for that 
either in terms of claling it censorship since as a private entity they 
have the right to allow and not allow what they wish.
