Since this picture, I got a nice transparency for the sign above,

It's a 4 player set up + 1 trackball + 1 spinner (sadly the spinner 
stopped working, and i've yet to have time to figure out why)

the trackball and spinner are USB devices.   The buttons all 
go through a device that connects to the PS2 port.  A standard 
PS2 keyboard also plugs into the device.

So the MAME cabinet is the "kids machine".  They use it in MAME 
mode a lot, but also use it for general purpose surfing, etc.
