[Novalug] TV support issues, questions

I had xawtv working okay on a 333MHz Celeron under RH9.  When I
upgraded to FC6, I found that xawtv had been dropped and replaced
with tvtime at the FC2 stage.  "Sneezy" isn't able to keep up
with tvtime.  The AGP graphics card is an S3 ViRGE/GX2 which is
certainly puny.

Question: If I upgrade the AGP graphics card, would that be enough
to have tvtime work okay, or would the machine itself still be too
puny?
