Jim,

Having insurance probably wouldn't help. Seldom is stomach cancer caught
until it is too late.

I got lucky. I was going to get GERD fixed, but instead I had to have
half my stomach removed. But it was stage zero cancer. I didn't even
have to have radiation. But the GERD couldn't be fixed, so I sleep, sort
of, sitting up and still get reflux frequently.

Beats the alternative.
