[Novalug] video driver issue, s3 -> vesa

A few months ago, I upgraded from RH 9 to FC4.  However, the XWindows
display borked.
I "fixed" it via ed on /etc/X11/xorg.conf and changed the "s3" driver to
"vesa".  Things
worked okay, until I went back to play with my Hauppauge WinTV tuner card.
It won't work
right now.

Main issue now is, anyone got a clue why the "s3" won't work anymore?  The
same cards
worked with RH 9 that bork now with FC4.  Everything (as would be expected)
work okay
with "vesa" specified.  I don't REALLY think this is preventing the WinTV
card from working
correctly, but I'd like to resolve the vid driver issue first.

Where would be the best, safest, smartest, etc, site to go to, to get and
download a better
driver for a Diamond Stealth 64 video 2001 card?

FYI, ya, I know I should get a better vid card, but the one I got used to
work fine, and now
it doesn't, so upgrading cards doesn't automagically mean that the new card
will work fine. :P
