Verizon has been blocking port 80 on all residential lines for many
years. It was their convenient response to one of the IIS worms and
they see no reason to back off on it since getting an unfiltered line
is an upsell now.
They had been blocking 25, but I don't know if that's still the case.
Upgrade to the "Business" line if you need port 80.
