It's worth noting that Speakeasy's DC POP been having some trouble since
they got bought out again (or was it a partnering effort?  I can't keep
track these days...); a couple of outages during the day have been
logged in the past few weeks.  It can really put a crimp in your day if
you don't plan ahead for it.  This morning marks the third or fourth in
six months (way up from 'scheduled outages only' in the past three or
four years).
