[Dclug] Using wget to download website

Hi all,

I just moved into a new place and don't have a home internet
connection (other than my iphone), so I tried to download this page to
study at home: http://www.linux.org/lessons/interm/index.html

I tried to be nice about it and limit my bandwidth usage by using this
command: wget --wait=20 --limit-rate=20K -r -p -U Mozilla
http://www.linux.org/lessons/interm/index.html

The download failed and ever since if I try to access
http://www.linux.org/lessons/interm/index.html through a regular web
browser I get a time out error, although the site comes up fine on my
iphone.

So my questions are:
1) What did I do wrong?
2) How do I restore access to the site?
