Yes/no; 

quouting someone who knows more than me, BUT note the
order is not out yet..


	Again it only applies to section 628 entities, i.e. cable
	tv companies can't enforce the "exclusivity" section
	of their contract.  It has no affect on landlords,
	co-ops, etc.  It is not a "mandatory access" ruling
	that some local cities grant to local cable companies.
	Landlords can still decide who, where, when, how to grant
	access to their property; and could still decide to not
	allow any company access to the property.  The assumption
	is without exclusive contracts, landlords are less likely
	to exclude other companies from the property.

	But in any case, expect the FCC to get sued.
