[Novalug] Application Needed for Organizing Volunteers

Thanks, Greg and Dean:

I'll take a look at all three - I'm trying to wrap my head around this and
see if I'm capable and really want to volunteer to get such a thing going.
Of course the recipients of my volunteer effort might be stuck in another,
non-parallel universe (read: Micro$oft).
