[Novalug] Stupid cackling speakers - slightly OT

I agree, beep-a-deep (rest), beep-a-deep (rest). I call it "galloping."

It happens to me to, from both Sprint and Cingular phones. Just verified 
the latter.

It only seems to do it on the Call Connection, not during the call itself.

I would guess that it is actually the Connection Response transmitted 
from the phone, but that's just a WAG.
