This is a Multipart problem.

[1] buy a second card
[2] ship the first one back in the second one's packing. Ask for a 
refund, not a replacement.

If they insist upon sending a replacement ...

[3] ship that back unopened and ask for a refund.

If all else fails, sell the unopened one on Ebay or to a friend.
