[Novalug] Stupid cackling speakers - slightly OT

Yes, I first noticed this in 2004, when I had a Nextel phone web access and
push-to-talk service. Usually I would be able to tell a call coming through
by hearing the crackling, followed 2-3 seconds later by my phone ringing. I
think the crackling, as mentioned, is coming from RF interference which gets
amplified by the sound card somehow. The only thing I could do was locate
my phone further away from my PC.
