[Novalug] W32 Codec

There's a web site that is causing me endless frustration:

Try clicking on "listen to a free lecture" and see if it works. I get sound 
only. The problem is last month, it worked. I haven't changed anything.

A few months ago, after fighting with this thing for weeks, I updated to 
OpenSUSE 10.3, downloaded the proper codec and it started working. Now it's 
broken again without my having changed a thing.

Do these people hate their customers?
