I've used MythTV and MythTV-web to stream my taped shows to other
computers and it worked pretty well. Even over some internet connections
 to work ;-) I would like to try LinuxMCE soon but I just got my TV back
and wouldn't you know, it broke again. :p

But if you already have the files ripped, there has to be something
easier just to do the streaming bits...
