Ah...no kidding? I wasn't aware that people were having that much
trouble staffing up. Guess that's good for all of us developers.
I'm a big fan of supply and demand, there's obviously a reason that
those jobs are taking so long to fill...someone must be paying something
better, or at least offering better benefits. I just can't imagine
paying someone with such little experience much more then that. You know
you're going to be spending the first part of their employment getting
them ramped up, and/or following behind them and fixing their mistakes
(obviously this isn't the case with everyone, but when I think junior
level, I really think junior level.)
Anyway, I always appreciate others view points...so thanks!
