[Dcphp-dev] PHP-CLI and WAMP5

Just installed to test. It appears WAMP already places the php binary  
in the PATH environment variable. I created test.php with:

<?php
phpinfo();
?>

and ran php test.php from the CLI. Everything parsed as expected.
