[Dcphp-dev] Feb Meeting Postponed

I think a centralized location in the Metro Area (most likely somewhere 
in DC) would probably be the best bet for the best possible turnout. I 
know for myself it's a little bit of a hike to get to College Park, as 
I'm sure it's a little bit of a hike for individuals who live in MD to 
trek to NOVA. I'm happy to do so, but would be more inclined to make it 
to a meeting that was centralized.
