I've actually got a decent commentary on Vuze's response to Comcast up at http:://www.capitolvalley.net right now, they make a good case against Comcast's "network management" argument insofar as Comcast also serves up content and shouldn't be allowed to "reasonably manage" competitors into network oblivion.
