COMMIT This is the manual part of the update. Included file Download/win32/innosetup-win32.txt was updated from revision 1.6 of xemacs-builds/adrian/website/package-get-2-download-sites.el by use of M-x package-get-2-download-sites I realize this update may be premature, but it was forced by all the broken links caused by the removal of 21.4.18-1.exe. See the /Download/win32/ [file: /Download/win32/index.html] had 25 failed urls bit in http://www.dk.xemacs.org/linklint/urlfailF.html before the next 03:00 CET update.
