This patch follows up to the previous one, and makes Mule-UCS depend on the
refactored latin-euro-standards. This is the sanest way to make Mule-UCS
work with the recent ISO 8859 8-bit standards out of the box.
NOTE THE BELOW PATCH IS INCOMPLETE. THE ATTACHED .bz2 FILE CONTAINS THE FULL
PATCH, WHICH CONTAINS ISO-2022-ENCODED FILES THAT THE COMBINATION OF MY
MAILER AND YOUR MAILER WILL BREAK.
