Well, news could have an update although it seems like it, etc/NEWS,
has not been updated much during 21.5 development. I'll add some lines
to it anyway.
Sorry, I didn't mean the NEWS file. NEWS should not be updated at all
at this time. Use CHANGES-beta instead. Don't worry about the fine
points of classification, I'll do that later, and don't change the
header.
