The X.Org X11R7 release candidate as shipped in Fedora Core 5 test 1
(and soon other distributions/OS's, as well as self-built ones, I guess)
installs X stuff into "standard system locations", part of which is to
abandon the X11R* in various paths. Another part of that is that
architecture independent X data files are now installed
in /usr/share/X11 as they should per the FHS.
This patch makes XEmacs find rgb.txt from these paths. A similar patch
would be good to have in 21.4; the difference is that in 21.4,
x-library-search-path is defined in lisp/minibuf.el, not
lisp/x-faces.el.
BTW, the variable appears somewhat misnamed, but that's another issue
and doesn't need to be addressed now.
Stephen, let me know if you want this in before or after 21.5.24.

21.4.
