[AC21.5Q21.4] xemacs-21.5: fix build on FreeBSD

APPROVE COMMIT 21.5 QUERY 21.4 Vin: nobody seems to be using FreeBSD 6, so I'm going to push this to mainline and see if we can elicit some screams of pain. If not, this should probably go into 21.4.18. Andrey: are you XEmacs maintainer for FreeBSD? Also, note that patches to *fix* the s&m files are deprecated. We strongly prefer patches to _move_ checks out of the s&m files (where they are silently done by the C compiler and/or preprocessor) into configure.in (21.4) and configure.ac (coming soon in 21.5).
