[A21.5] Fix Xrender library detection

APPROVE 21.5 Your change is correct. It took a while to figure out why you could lose, but after staring at it a while I realized that in your installation, configure must find ftheader.h in one of the usual places, and the library checks never get done so the link spec is wrong.
