I don't see what difference it makes, actually. We already have the
texinfo docs under GPL; once the FSF puts them under GFDL and others
start modifying them, we will need to get permission from each new
author for every change since RMS has decided to refuse to relicense
to XEmacs under terms other than the GFDL. So at that point we would
have to split them out as a separate volume in any case.
