Ar an triú lá déag de mí na Nollaig, scríobh Aidan Kehoe: I made an initial attempt to do this implementing #'lexical-let in byte-compile-initial-macro-environment, and this seems eminently doable, no need to add C support (though byte codes for #'vector and #'make-byte-code might be reasonable).
