[PATCH 21.5] MPIR support
PATCH 21.5
MPIR (http://www.mpir.org/) is a fork of GMP (see
http://sagemath.blogspot.com/2007/12/fork-gmp.html). We can support
bignums with MPIR out of the box, simply by using the GMP code. This
patch accomplishes that, and also makes some long-awaited
documentation improvements.
