XkbKeycodeToKeysym has been around since at least X11R4 in -lX11.
I wonder if we should just do a straight change and not worry about

it with autoconf.
If it has been around since X11R4, then I think we should just do the
straight change. I am completely uninterested in providing support to
anybody with a pre-1989 system.
