General cleanup of references to functions Eric has deleted
and renamed in the C core.
So far I've only deleted the FcObjectSet stuff (and references in the
Lisp code) and some old code that was commented out.
Hm, I wonder were those references to xft-* come from. Anyways, I
promise to delete more code next week. ;-)
