[P21.5R21.4] Fix build on SunOS 5.10

PATCH 21.5, RECOMMEND 21.4 This patch fixes the build on recent intel-based Solaris 10 (SunOS 5.10 Generic_118855-36 i86pc i386 i86pc Solaris).
