Following the directions on http://cvs.xemacs.org result in a version of the latest copy of the main trunk (currently Poitou-pre2). The repository is still named 'xemacs-20', but the sources have certainly progressed... If you wish to grab 21.2, you'll need to add '-r release-21-2' when you checkout.
