Meant to send this to the whole list: Okay, I'm game. Not today or maybe even the rest of this week, but this list has been so helpful in getting me over to the beta the least I can do is do a little more testing. (Like the good old days.) Speaking of which, I tried to compile on my Ubuntu machine, and it flat out didn't compile. I've been ignoring it. I need to rerun the exercise and take notes on what actually happened. I'll get around to that another time. I have worse problems on my Ubuntu machine than just XEmacs. It's marginally functional. But first, if someone could tell me what sorts of things I can do to test for what's wrong on my iMac, I should have some cycles free to dig in sometime early next week.
