This is part of the cygwin distribution under libraries or graphics, but is not installed by default. You need to run the cygwin setup again and select this package.

i installed the latest stable version of xemacs and when i try to start it

i get this error

    This application has failed to start because cygXpm-noX4.dll was found.

    Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

i searched the xemacs website and found info saying i should install the

sumo tar balls package. so i downloaded and installed this package

    xemacs-sumo-2002-09-19.tar.gz

i also added c:\cygwin\bin to my PATH.

however, i still get the same error. can you tell me what i am doing wrong?
