I asked a couple of weeks ago if any of the people currently using Windows builds but lacking commit authority and/or reviewer status were interested in getting that, and got denials from a few people and otherwise a deafening silence. So it's down to Ben, with a little help from Adrian (most of whose effort has to go to the website). CC ben(a)xemacs.org.
