I have been able to download the packages from within the Windows version of xemacs, but I cannot use the packages that I have downloaded in xemacs. Eg. I've downloaded ispell and auctex, and the automatic installer confirms this because it indicates its been downloaded. Then I try to use the package (eg. invoke the spell function) and xemacs gives this error message:
