Thanks much for the suggestion to install the additional packages to the existing xemacs.&nbsp; I tried that and it worked.<br>I also installed XEmacs Setup 21.4.19-3.exe as suggested by Vin.&nbsp; I was able to add the additional packages during the install and xml files use appropriate mode.
