I was surprised about lucid dialogs and widgets showing up as new
choice.
Turns out they had been in configure.in forever, but not in
configure.usage.

They positively should be added, since configure.usage is the
user-interface :-) for configure.in (and for the build package).
Could you please verify that the new configure.usage file gets parsed
correctly by the build package and that the new options for
dialogs
widgets
with-widgets
with-dragndrop
and
mail-locking
show up right?
checked these already they all show up :)
Peter, could you please include the ChangeLog in the patcher-mail
buffer using
C-c C-p i (patcher-insert-change-logs)
Please send the patch including ChangeLog to xemacs-patches and I will
commit it to 21.5.

i have updated configure.usage in 21.5 to make your commit a bit easier
