Fonts on XEmacs menu almost illegible after software upgrade

This is a problem that popped up after a software upgrade for Sun Ray Server Software on Solaris. The fonts on the XEmacs menu were almost illegible. I haven't been able to track down where this is coming from and I have never seen a similar problem in over a decade of use with XEmacs on Solaris. But, I just wanted to mention that there is a simple fix for these X related issues if anyone has forgotten. I managed to fix it by copying the etc/Emacs.ad file that comes with XEmacs to /usr/openwin/lib/app-defaults/XEmacs and making a few edits (replacing Emacs* with XEmacs*).
