I came across the following program on windows installation of<br>
Xemacs 21.4.21<br>
<br>
TeX mode commands tex-buffer, tex-region do not work<br>
Error message displayed<br>
Searching for program: No such file or directory, /bin/sh<br>
<br>
On the other hand, shell command latex file.tex works OK<br>
