Dear Bug Team!
xemacs sometimes gets stuck in minimized mode (i.e. as an icon in the
taskbar). When stuck, you can only open it by right-clicking the icon and
choosing Maximize. It then opens maximized.
Steps to reproduce:
1 Open xemacs.
2 Work in xemacs for a while. (Minimize/Restore works fine for a while.)
3 Minimize xemacs.
4 Work in other applications for a while.
5 Try to open xemacs by double clicking on the xemacs icon in the taskbar at
the bottom of the screen. It doesn't open.
6 Right click on icon in taskbar and choose Maximize. xemacs opens
maximized.
