Not to me. Wonder if it's present in newer/upstream PSGML or just our
version? I guess asking <psgml-user(a)lists.sourceforge.net> wouldn't
hurt.
By the way, I'm planning to do a PSGML upstream sync when a new
(currently 1.3.0 beta) 1.3 series release is out.
Customizations of sgml-validate-command and sgml-declaration seem to
get overwriten in xml-mode.
