The "cvs update" only gets me "custom-load.el". Is it possible that the re-instated "auto-autoloads.el" file doesn't have the release-21-2 branch tag?

rm auto-autoloads.el custom-load.el
cvs update auto-autoloads.el custom-load.el
cd ..
make
