If someone manages to hijack w3.org we might as well just pack up and go home! The validator is under the W3C Licence, but as far as I can tell that is essentially the same as the Perl Artistic License. IOW, you could just set up a copy on xemacs.org and refer to that in static HTML instead of kluding around it with genpage/psgml. Anyway, it was just a suggestion. It's on the TODO in any case and fits nicely with some other stuff I'm planning on doing.
