")) お、再現しました。で、今もういちど Wanderlust を使って試してみると再現しました。Wanderlust の方は run in place の XEmacs でも試したはずなんですが、たぶん何かぼけたのでしょう。そうすると、xemacs-beta に出ていたのと同じものだと思います。 subject に pop-ups と書いてあるので、dialog-box 関連全部で出るのかと思てしまったのですが、そうではなかったみたいですね。その mail には再現方法は書いてなかったので、上の方法が書いて follow するのが良いんじゃないかと思います。よろしくお願いします。:-P -- Yoshiki Hayashi

菅です。報告だけです。XEmacs の件なので、一応 xemacs-beta-ja にも投げておきます。今朝, cvs で取り寄せた XEmacs-21.2.32 を使っていますが、以下の件がちゃんと動きません。 1. wl でメイルを読んでいる。 2. メイルの中にパッチなどを添付したものがあるので、それを mouse の真ん中ボタンでクリックする。 %_yes %_no %_cancel （この %_ というのも昔は無かった気がします）の出ているボックスが現れる。で、yes をクリックする。 3. xemacs-21.2.32.tar.gzで取り寄せたものは、次にファイル用をセーブするためにファイル名を入れる別のダイアログボックスが出ます。しかし、今朝 cvs 取得したXEmacsだと、 Yes を選択すると、 please answer the dialog box と、出てしまい、もう何もできずに結局プロセスを殺しています。確か、no, cancel も同じメッセージが出てしまってどうにもならなくなります。以上、報告でした。 -- ADVANTEST corp. coding-system for newly created file 25 years, 7 months

新規にファイルを作る場合に、その coding-system を最初から指定すべく C-u C-x C-f Find file: ~/newfile Coding system: shift_jis-dos のように操作しても buffer-file-coding-system の値は例えばここで指定した shift_jis-dos にはならなくて、default-buffer-file-coding-system の値が使われてしまいます。これが不便だと思うのはぼくだけでしょうか? とは言うものの、find-file-noselect を改造して、新規ファイルだったら (or coding-system-for-read default-buffer-file-coding-system) の値を適用するようにするのは、ちょっと勇気が要りますが。:-p -- Katsumi Yamaoka <yamaoka(a)jpl.org>

(line-number-mode 1) 25 years, 7 months

中治＠豊橋です。自分が今何行めにいるのかを知るために、~/.emacs に (line-number-mode 1) と書いているのですが、カーソルが左上(1行めの行頭)にあるときは、L0 と表示されます。一文字分移動すると、L1 と正しく「何行め」を表します。 21.2.32 になってから気づいたのですが、なんででしょうか？まったく無害なのですが、気になって仕方ありません。(^_^;; -- NAKAJI Hiroyuki (中治弘行)
